buzzword of the decade right now: barackracy

yes, i, like many americans, find that the presidential hopeful of my dreams is barack obama. yet, not without some trepidation. i won't go so far as to say that he posseses the same "omen 2" anti-christ-like vibe like some of the other candidates (john edwards, i'm looking at you), yet, some part of my brain feels like he's only a bowl of kool-aid and a compound somewhere in the south away from being somewhat of a cult like figure, you know, to go along with that cult like following of his.

but i digress. ever since common said we should "impeach bush and elect obama" back on jadakiss' "why" remix, i knew that middle america was gonna have to sharpen their beat boxing skills, rewatch "purple rain," and finally pass the damn torch. call me a barackrat, but i'm sure it's obvious to everyone else by now that what this country really needs is something completely different. and barack, is indeed, very, very different.

and hopefully, as a new generation of americans are having their voices heard, america will return to being the land of opportunity, freedom, and just pretty much the most baddest ass place ever. but please, don't call it a comeback.

barackracy now!
